Oscar winner Philip Seymour Hoffman is currently tackling one of the great roles in America theatre, Willy Loman, in a Broadway revival of Arthur Miller’s classic play Death of a Salesman.
Best known internationally for his film roles, Hoffman’s return to the stage has been all consuming, as the star actor lets us inside his head to see the process of finding Wily, a continuous task that will still be evolving right up until the final performance.
