pdsounds: Free Sound Effects Library

Free sound effects for drama productions are hard to find on the Internet, as many are copyrighted to their respective owners.
pdsounds is a great resource website for Drama teachers and students with hundreds of copyright-free sounds placed in the public domain.
pdsounds relies on volunteers from across the globe on their own devices who record and upload sounds for others to play or download from their website in a variety of formats. The pdsounds database library is searchable by word or tag cloud.
